Reactors

Our experience in flow chemistry permitted us to provide to our clients robust scale up system for API production, certified for classified zone use. The equipment provided by CsF is always designed for a determinate process already optimize by us. This working method allow us to provide a full service, which guarantees the complete customer satisfaction, and permitted start the production in a short period with minor modifications.

The reactors designed by CsF covers all the reaction conditions, from low temperature up to 300ºC, gas mediated reaction, fix bed reactors.

Work-up systems

Successful innovation in manufacturing and adoption of continuous manufacturing has an important role to play in the industry’s future. The vision for continuous manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry is to exploit integrated end-to-end processing to convert raw materials into safe, effective and high quality medicinal products. In csflowchem we have this vision to for our customer for a complete continuous process. The use of Scheidel columns allows us to optimize a safety and high efficient work up.

Continuous crystallization

In pharmaceuticals manufacturing, the conversion of conventional batch crystallisations to continuous mode has the potential for intensified, compact operation and more consistent production via quality-by-design. The use of simple CSTR system permitted us provide a highly efficient crystallization continuous process, designed to connect directly with a continuous filtration system.
